A project to restore the front elevation of portions of a row of buildings on the the Queen Street West HCD. The project consisted of replacing the existing windows with wood in the style of the original windows that had been removed in the 1970's, as well as masonry restoration, slate replacement and dormer repairs. It was eligible for the City of Toronto Heritage Property Tax Rebate Program and was completed successfully in 2015-6 by Historic Restoration Inc. Client: Linton Developments
