The clients were unhappy with a 1970's era front porch and requested a design that looked like it had always been part of the house. The design incorporates the red sandstone to match the foundations, and the columns are proportioned after the colunnettes in the third floor dormer. Construction took place over the summer and fall of 2018. Happy owners!
In 2021, the clients returned requesting a design for a new kitchen and rear addition on the house which has been designed and will be constructed in 2023. We will also be replacing windows and adding new windows on the rear elevation.
